Lamers Dairy or its suppliers will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Lamers Dairy’s website.

Your use of Lamers Dairy’s website signifies your agreement to refrain from modifying, hacking, attempted hacking, disabling, or in any other way tampering with the Lamers Dairy website.

Lamers Dairy may revise these terms of use and/or privacy policy at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of the terms and conditions of use.


Ordering Policy

Lamers Dairy will not be liable to you or any third party for any delays in receiving or shipping product orders due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided.

Lamers Dairy reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. If Lamers Dairy rejects your order, you will receive a refund of any money already received by Lamers Dairy.

Lamers Dairy is not the manufacturer of the products purchased through the Lamers Dairy website. Perishable products are shipped at the consumer’s risk.

Lamers Dairy will not be liable to the customer or any third party for any injury, illness, or other health issues caused by or thought to be caused by products Lamers Dairy has shipped by request of the customer for their order.


Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Not all orders will be shipped on the day the order is placed. We may require additional days to process large orders. Please contact us by phone at (920) 830-0980 should you require any special deadlines or shipping options.

Lamers Dairy ships products ordered on its website on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If an order is received toward the end of the week, we reserve the right to wait until Monday to ship so it is not in transit during the weekend. The optimal time to ship cheese is towards the beginning of the week.

Cheese and other dairy goods purchased are perishable and are not refrigerated during delivery. It is the customers’ responsibility to refrigerate their product upon receipt. If you are sending your order to a destination that takes more than 2 transit days, we recommended you select an expedited shipping method (such as 2nd Day Air) to ensure the highest quality. If you choose to ship Ground to an area that is beyond the advised 2 transit days, we cannot guarantee the freshness of your products so you will be shipping at your own risk.

Lamers Dairy reserves the right to use any shipper and shipment method. Lamers Dairy is not responsible for delayed packages. Shipping speeds are approximate by the carrier. NOTICE: Please note that during the holiday season (November, December, January) there may be shipping delays which are out of our control at Lamers Dairy.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses that are provided to us. Please confirm addresses before submitting your order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Unfortunately, some items may become temporarily out of stock. Comparable substitutions may be made based on product availability.

Lamers Dairy currently ships in November, December and January. We ship anywhere in the United States of America, except Alaska and Hawaii. Products being shipped to Arizona, Texas, Florida, California and other warm-weather states require minimum two-day air shipping. Other states may be included in this list at the discretion of Lamers Dairy staff. We do not currently offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. The cut-off date to select Ground shipping to receive your order by December 25 is December 16, 2024. Ground shipping will not be available from December 17, 2024 until January 6, 2025. Expedited shipping and local store pick-up will be available.

Refund Policy

At Lamers Dairy we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you find you are not satisfied with your Lamers Dairy purchase, you will be refunded the product amount of your purchase with the original receipt within seven days of purchase.


Privacy Policy

Lamers Dairy is committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect contact and financial information for the sole purpose of completing sales on the Lamers Dairy website. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Financial information is used to bill for products and services only. Any information collected is never sold, traded, rented, or in any way distributed to any third party for any reason. The information you provide is used solely for communicating with the customer and completing the sale.

All information submitted is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone except under subpoena.

Personal information submitted should be relevant to the purpose it is being used and should be accurate and complete.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security measures against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access or disclosure.
