Sales & Service Route Driver

Lamers Dairy, a growing family owned & operated dairy packaging & distribution company, is looking for a sales route driver for dairy distribution due to an upcoming retirement. The route has fixed, established customer locations consisting of grocers, convenience stores, schools, and other wholesale accounts.

Successful drivers work independently each day providing excellent customer service, managing product rotations, and maintaining inventory. Work weeks are 4 days (weekends and Wednesdays off), typically 10-12 hours each day beginning around 4am and finished around 3pm.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and transport 200 pound loads using a hand cart. Class B CDL required, but we will train & obtain licenses for the right candidate. Math and customer service skills required. The right candidate has a passion for being of service to others. Experience with grocery/warehousing or beverage/food delivery preferred.

The position is salary + commission, with potential income growth based on sales, bonuses, and an extremely rich benefits plan (health/dental/life/disability insurance, 401k with match & immediate 100% vesting, PTO accrual each pay period).
