Our delicious, rBGH-free soft serve is the perfect creamy treat on a hot day or really any time! Offered in both vanilla and chocolate, our soft serve uses our local, award-winning, farm fresh milk and is available at the Lamers Dairy Country Store. Our store offers chocolate, vanilla or our monthly featured flavors daily.
In addition to being available in a cone or dish, we also offer our very own soft serve mix in bulk bags for your own soft serve ice cream machine, too.
Customers rave about soft serve because of its smooth, creamy texture. While “hard” ice cream must have at least 10% milkfat in the mixture, soft serve’s reduced milkfat (at about 5%) is what gives this treat its deliciously smooth texture.

Our vanilla soft serve and chocolate soft serve are available in 2.5 gallon bags (two per case). (It is estimated that you can get approximately 75 small (4-ounce) cones per 2.5 gallon bag of mix.)
